In a nutshell - I enjoy working in my allotment, walking along the beach/over the moors or fells, browsing round an art exhibition, chatting over coffee, listening to music.
I love the wildness of the west coast of Ireland and go there most years. Handy to have a sister living there!
Although I'm officially retired I do a small amount of freelance work - a couple of small gardening jobs and I sell greetings cards printed from photographs I've taken of the local area.
I care about people and the environment and am fairly independent and creative.
I really like my life but would love to share some of it with someone who has similar interests and a similar view of the world. It would be good to have someone to laugh with and someone to encourage me to take up the saxaphone again! Ah, and to visit the Outer Hebrides with!
